Hello,

When i installed my daughters ace 3, two months ago, i was given the option to choose between 12 or 24h. I wrongly chose 12h and now want to change this to 24h but can't find how to do this. Someone have the solution to this?

There is actually no option to change the time format to 24h on Fitbit Ace 3. Our team doesn't currently have plans to add 24h format to Fitbit Ace series. However, if there is any change, it should be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.
