My kid hasn't looked ad her fitbit account for a while. Now I have to login in on her account (ace 2) but I get the message her password seems te bo wrong. When I sent a new password to her email, wich is still filled in, I don't get a message. (when I don't get a message I have te ask custumor service, but I can't find that option in the Netherlands). So can someone help me? I don't want to make a new account.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. In order to switch to your child's view, you need to log into your Fitbit account. You can confirm the steps to reset your password in How do I reset my Fitbit password? Please make sure to check your spam and junk folders for the email. After that you can switch to kid view by following these steps: How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?
