I bought two Ace 2 trackers for my kids, and setting them up. I am following the directions, but when i get to the today screen, and click my picture, I do not get a "create family account--create family. What am I doing wrong? Frustrated.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, please visit this help article and make sure to follow the steps to create a Family account.

@Lvbug24 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since you are also experiencing difficulties when trying to create your Family account, please make sure that you are following the steps that are listed in this article.
As a side note, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, try the steps of the article again and see if the Family account creation appears.
