I’m trying to delete a child account here - I tap the delete button, type my password and check my emails constantly but it doesn’t send me an email. I check my junk folder - empty.
Can someone please help me?

Hello @SunsetRunner! Thanks for sharing the inconvenience that you are having deleting your child's account. I appreciate the details provided and the steps that you tried. Please confirm that you've followed these steps to delete the account:
1.From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon (User-added image).
2. Tap My Family.
3. Remove your child from the family account:
- iPhones and iPads: Swipe left on your child's name > Remove.
- Android phones: Press and hold on your child's name > Remove.
- Windows 10 devices: Tap the pencil icon (User-added image) > tap the X next to your child's name.
4. Confirm you want to delete the account.
5. When prompted, enter your password.
6. Click the link in the email you receive to request to have the account deleted. Note that the email is sent to the guardian who deleted the account.
If you change your mind, you have 7 days to recover the account. To do so, switch to kid view in the Fitbit app and tap Recover.
Then please confirm that you didn't place any filters on your e-mail account that might redirect the Fitbit e-mails. Also check if you have unticked email notifications for Family Accounts, if you did please turn them on and try deleting the account again.
Let me know how it goes!
