Can’t delete child account

Error Failed to delete child account please try again later. 

 

I have 2 child ace accounts in there have waited well past 30 days and still won’t delete? Replied to the delete email and everything and won’t delete the child accounts and therefore can’t delete the family account. I’m frustrated!

@Yuler Thank you for getting back! I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they reached you via email a few days ago. Did you receive their email? If you didn't, please check out the spam or junk folders of your email account. The email might've gone to those folders.

I am having this same issue and I am not even getting the email to confirm the delete.  What should I do?

Hi @sholzer, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Since you mentioned that you are not getting an email in order to confirm the account deletion, I would like to know if you get any error when trying to delete the account or if you just don't receive the email.

 

In the meantime, check out the spam or junk folders of your email account and see if the email is there.
