I have a duplicate account for my child, and I go through the steps to delete it, enter my password and it says that an email has been sent - but I have never received it.
I have tried multiple times!

I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with deleting a duplicate child's account. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Since you're not receiving the email, I recommend checking if your email notifications for the Family Account are turned on:
1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Scroll and tap Notifications
3. Select to turn on the email notifications for Family account and sync.
