Can’t log into account

I have downloaded the app. I know the password and email address but it won’t connect to my account. It is still trying to access the account 10 hours later

I am sorry to hear you're unable to log into your account. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. In order to investigate, please let me know if you receive any error message when trying to log into your Fitbit account? Meanwhile, I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and try to log back in to your account.
