I have tried resetting my password 20-30 times over a year and when reset the app says I have the wrong password.
My son has not been able to wear his watch for a year as the time is totally wrong so a complete waste of money.
There is also no way of communicating with anyone apart from this community forum. I am not very happy as you can imagine and need this resolved immediately as my son is going on a school trip this week and they have asked him to bring a watch.

Hi @ReevesA at the bottom of each page there is a link to customer support. Given your time is short, you just might want to create a new account for your son. After a year, you will want to restart the device a few times. Regularly syncing is what keeps the time correct on these devices. Here is the direct link to the customer support options. Chat or phone is said to be best. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
