Can't see Family account

I cannot see the family account I’ve sent up since the app has updated

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Artishah. I am sorry for the delayed response.

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you cannot see the Family account. Thank you for providing the additional details. I recommend to log out of the app and then log back. If the issue persists you can try to remove the app and then install it again.
