hi, I can't see the Myfamily tab on my fitbit dashboard. I do see it in the app. We installed the Ace3 for my daughter from my account this afternoon.

Currently, Fitbit Family accounts can be accessed only from the Fitbit app. If you would like to make a suggestion you are welcome to visit the Feature Suggestions board which is constantly monitored by our engineering team for future implementations.

hello,
can you then tell me how I can change some features on her Ace3, e.g. I would like to set the Belgian clock reading (15h00 for 3PM) instead of the American clock reading... I cannot find this in the app.

@Annick1978 as crazy it may seem such feature is not available on Ace and Fitbit said it's not planned.
