Can't see my son’s Ace 2 sleep data and activity other than steps

After a month I’ve finally found my son’s Ace2. I charged it, put it on him and it synced his steps but that’s all. It didn’t show nap time or anything other than steps. The ‘sleep activity tab  won’t let me open it. I have taken it off my account twice and reuploaded now and still, nothing

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with viewing your son's stats. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
4. Reboot your phone.
5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
6. Switch to kid view and confirm that the tracker is paired correctly to your son's account by tapping on his profile picture. 
7. Check if you can open the sleep activity tile by tapping on it.

You can add stats to the Today tab in the Fitbit app by doing the following:

1. Tap the Discover tab  > Health and Fitness Stats.
2. Tap the stat you want to add, and tap Add to Today.
