I am having a hard time setting up my daughter's new Ace 2. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps with no luck.
1. iPad has at least 50% battery
2. Turning blue tooth off and on
3. Restarting the Ace 2 (including restarting it multiple times)
4. Deleting the Fitbit app and downloading it again
5. Turning the iPad Pro off and on
8. wifi is connected and working
9. I have taken my Fitbit Flex off so that it is not nearby
10. I've tried setting up the Ace on my iPhone 7 with no luck
The FitBit Ace is fully charged and says to go to fitbit.com/setup When I go to this page it says that the page is no long available. How am I suppose to set up the Fitbit??
I am really disappointed that the set up is so difficult and don't want to disappoint my daughter by having to return her new Fitbit.

Hi there- even if you go to the help links you gave, it leads back to the page saying it exists no more (fitbit.com/setup). So dissapointing

I would like to confirm if you're trying to set up the Ace 2 using your phone or Windows 10 device? Do you have already your Fitbit account and have you been able to create a Family account? I'm having this exact same issue, where the ace 2 is just showing the fitbit logo with the setup page that doesn't exist, and none of these troubleshooting steps have made any difference.
