I am finding it very frustrating - I can not setup my sons fitbit ace 2. He got it 2 years ago but it was lying in a cupboard for 5/6 months and now needs updated. I have a new laptop since then. I cant download software on my Macbook Air nor the Windows 10 Laptop. It is very annoying and I feel that the product is now useless. Can anybody shed some light on this for me. Thanks

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I am sorry to hear about the frustration this situation has caused. I recommend setting up and updating the tracker using a compatible iOS or Android mobile device as firmware updates are no longer supported on Windows 10 or MacBook.
