Hi, since the last update of the fitbit app i can no longer switch to the family account of my son on the app. The account is there but i cannot view it..
can anyone help?

I've just bought 2 fitbits for my kids this morning and having the same problem. I have done all the above and the issue is not fixed. I now see that this has been an ongoing problem for years, why has the issue not been resolved yet?! It just hangs on the 'switching to kid view' screen.

Our team has started releasing a new version of the Fitbit app. As updates come with new features and bug fixes, please make sure to download it when available by following these instructions.
