Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @majcvermunt.

I am sorry to hear you can't switch to kid view since the last app update. Thanks for the details shared and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Try to switch to kid view by following the steps from this help article: How do I see my child’s stats in the Fitbit app?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

I've just bought 2 fitbits for my kids this morning and having the same problem.  I have done all the above and the issue is not fixed.  I now see that this has been an ongoing problem for years, why has the issue not been resolved yet?!   It just hangs on the 'switching to kid view' screen.
