I am unable to switch to kid mode to sync my sons Ace. He’s in a challenge and really wants to win but I can’t sync his steps!
I have quit the app and gone back in, restarted my iPhone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and no luck.
When I try to switch to kid mode the screen just says “switching to kid mode” with a spinning circle and never does anything else.
I have the most recent update of the Fitbit app as well.

I am sorry to hear you're unable to switch to kid view in order to sync your son's tracker. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling as your son is in challenge and needs to sync the steps. I am here to assist you.

The most recent entries are from May and I’m still having issues in July. Is there a fix for this? Plus, there’s a thread that had these same issues in 2018. I’m tempted to return the Fitbit ace 2 before it’s too late if there’s going to be this many issues.

I am having the same issue and am very disappointed as this seems to have been an issue since 2018!
