My son received an ace 3 for his birthday today. I am currently trying to set it up via the fit bit app. I have set up a family account and created my son a child account. Then I try to switch to kid view. The app just takes me to google to sign in and then back to the same screen. This is so frustrating and sad as my son was so excited to receive this fit bit as a birthday present but can’t use it! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone and switching my phone off and on. Help otherwise this watch will be returned!
