I have been trying for days to switch to kids view but I get the endless spin and nothing happens. iPhone and fit bit apps are up to date. Help!

@Bklassy welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it won't load the page when switching to your kid's view. By the way, thank you for making sure that the app is up to date.
Please try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Once this has been done, try to switch to your kid's view and see if the page loads.
If possible, provide a screenshot of the page that shows the endless spin. This info will help us to investigate the issue further. Please follow the steps listed in this article in order to learn how to add images to your posts.

I am still struggling with the endless spin. Sometimes shutting down my phone works but 99% of the time I cannot switch to kids view. So frustrating.

@Bklassy I'm sorry for the late response. Regarding the issue that you are experiencing when to switch to your kid's view on the app, our team is aware of this and they're actively working on a fix to this issue and expect to have a solution released soon.

Glad to see this is being worked on. Bought our kid an ace2 and set it up just fine. Tried to switch to child view on the app, which just spun, then would not let us log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, still cannot login. Seems the app is entirely unusable now even for the normal Charge device 😞

Hi, is there a way to see the kids view on the Fitbit website? I can see my child's account on the app but online there's only me.

I am having the same issue. I am trying to connect my sons phone to his fit bit account by pressing on switch to kids view. have tried on both phones and just get endless spinning. never connects.
I see that a lot of people are having this issue and Fitbit continue to answer that they are working on the issue and telling people to reset the app, restart phone, clear data and cache, restart phone. I and many others have done this and it still is not working. also, I have seen that Fitbit have been working on this problem since 2018, not fix!
My Fitbit also continues to vibrate long after a call has been connected and won't stop. no available fix for this either!
Very frustrated !
