In the app, I can no longer see my children's accounts or sync them. When I go to the "you" tab and then to "family," I receive the popup message to create a family account, but I already have one. If I then click "create family" it tells me "family already exists." And around in circles I go. I never get to the area where I can see my children's accounts, let alone switch to kid view.
I've tried rebooting the app, my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It doesn't work.
The other day I was able to view one child's account, but afterwards was sent back to the endless loop described above. Solutions?
I don't have a google account and won't be making that switch. No thanks.
