My son has the Fitbit Ace. My husband set up a family account and sent me an invitation to the family. We are all already friends on Fitbit.
When I click the invitation in my app, it says I am already a part of a family and cannot join another.
I am not a part of a family in Fitbit, to my knowledge.
I cannot see any "family" groups in Fitbit app or desktop.
Please advise.

@CWinAK Thank you for getting back and providing the details requested previously! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if you are now able to see your Family account details.
In addition, I would like you to visit this help article, which explains how to manage your Family account. In case the issue persists, please have your husband to delete your user and then have him to add you as a family member again. The instructions are also listed in the article.
