I'm having the same issue but in the opposite direction.
Account is set to 24h, I want 24h, displays in 12h on all facewatches.
My own Versa displays 24h just fine, the ace 2 doesn't...
Reset, etc, tried it all...

Did anyone resolve this? My daughter wants 24 hour clock but the default is 12 hour clock.

I changed from 24hr to 12hr via my FitBit online account as per above, but this setting was only picked up by my Ionic and not on my sons Ace 2. There is no separate online log-in for my son as he is under my Family Account.
there is a limited amount of clock faces for the Ace 2, all of them default to 24hr and there is no way to change. Very frustrating, has to be one of the primary features of a kids watch product to chose between 12 & 24 hr.

My kids are set to 12 hour clock by default with no obvious way to change.
i was toying with changing the time zone to à CET locale to see if that was the way to change the clock to 24 hour. But, other than that it remains a mystery as the previous posters here appear to randomly be defaulted to 12 or 24 hour with no obvious reason why.

Bump - can FitBit post a comment on this? Supporting a config to toggle between 12 & 24 hour would seem like a fairly basic requirement for a product targeted at kids. And supporting it without applying the same setting to their parents watch. Basic stuff

Can Fitbit please comment? I have two kids linked to my account, they want to have 24 hour view. One has got 12 hour and the other 24. How to fix this?

The "solutions" to the 12/24h-problems in this thread are only for the parent account. If you have a child account, like me and the original poster, you don't have these options.
Just like we can change things like time zone and location in the app, we should be able able to choose 12/24h format!
Fitbit, please implement this basic feature!
Also, can you just admit that you lack this functionality, so people don't have to get confused? That would be great! Get back to us as soon as you have a proper update, please!
Thank you!

Still nothing from FitBit on this? With Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Xmas all coming up I would urge any parents thinking about an Ace 2 for their kid to reconsider until FitBit address this most basic requirement. Avoid at all costs.

There has been a feature request created for this functionality. Everyone should go vote for it here and hopefully Fitbit will take notice if it gets enough votes.

In the year 2021 this really shouldn’t be a featuere request from a watch. This is a major bug in you product! At least a childs watch should follow the setting from the parents account if it can’t be adjusted seperatly. I have two kids with an Ace 2, one of them has the clock displayed in 24 hour format and the other in 12 hour format. Both watces is bought in the same store. Since the product is capeable of handling borh format, this should not be a hard issue to fix!
I am expecting a reply and an eta on when this is issue is corrected.

I agree with @Thholthe, this is a totally unacceptable bug.

I totally agree.
It is unacceptable a such bad design in a product like this.
So frustrating.
Will have to return the watch and never buy a Fitbit watch in my life again.
Even the cheap watches have this simple feature.

Hello everybody, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community.
Your feedback is highly appreciated.
Our team doesn't currently have plans to add 12h format on Fitbit Ace series. However, if there is any change it should be communicated in this Feature Suggestion.
Have a nice day.
