Can’t change my sons Ace2 to 12 hour display. Have tried all suggestions posted here e.g. change my profile to 12 hour, restart the Ace2, delete and re install the Ace2. Please help.

So let me get this straight. It's a watch, yet you crippled it so that it shows time incorrectly and you don't intend to work on this new "feature" despite tens of requests? Quite astonishing to be honest. If it was my watch, it would already be on its way back for refund, unfortunately my son likes it, so can you please confirm: if I remove the watch from his account, add it to mine, change time format via web portal and then again- add to his account. Will this work?

@EdsonFitbit I'm confused about your reply, my problem is that my son's Ace 3 is stuck on 12h mode (or sort of it)

@Mat1234, Fitbit Ace devices can be set up just to child accounts not to regular Fitbit accounts. Currently, there is no option to change the time format on Fitbit Ace devices. For more information about how Family Accounts work, please visit this article.

@SunsetRunner, If your Fitbit Ace 3 is on 12h mode, at the moment it can't be changed to 24h mode.
