Change child account to adult account?

Hello @Sab8.m and welcome to the Community.  To be fair, I've never done this.  This Help article describes the steps.  Jump to the section.  It starts with, "Have your child do this in the kid view of the Fitbit app."  To me, that means you start this process on the child's phone in kid view.

Hello @Sab8.m,

I did it. Basically you're offered the possibility to migrate to an adult account via a notification the day after the 13th birthday of your child. The process is quite easy to follow and works without problem (at least this is my experience).
