Hi, 

I can’t see an option to change from 24hr time to 12hour on the ACE 2. The watch is set up as a child on my own account, I see where I can change time format on my own device but this doesn’t carry through to the child’s ACE after syncing.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

There is no option to change the time format to 12hr on Fitbit Ace 2. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services, however doesn't currently have plans to add this feature.
