Charge 3 and Ace devices not showing on dashboard

Please help.

I have a charge 3 and my daughter has an ACE. I have them both on the app on my iPhone, but they are not both appearing on my dashboard on the laptop. I want to change the screen picture etc on the ACE but don't know how to???? TIA 🙂

Also how do I set up the ACE on her kindle?? Thanks

@Beaker1980 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! In order to assist you accordingly, please let me know if your Charge 3 and your daughter's Ace are not showing on your iPhone's Dashboard either. Also, I would like to know when you view your Dashboard through your laptop, are you using the Fitbit app or the web-based Dashboard?

Regarding your question about the Kindle tablet, this device is not added to the supported devices list. With this being said, your daughter's Ace can't be set up through this device.

thanks for your reply, I now have both of them on my iPhone app fine, but they are not both showing on my laptop dashboard (not app on laptop). Shame about the kindle not being compatible.

@Beaker1980 Thank you for getting back and letting me know where you were trying to view your Fitbit trackers. Your Family account can only be viewed through the Fitbit app platform. The web-based Dashboard doesn't show the Ace trackers nor the Family account. It will only show your Fitbit tracker.
