Hiya, we are super new to the fitbit community. I downloaded the app and created an account because my kiddo got an Ace 2 today. We got her all signed up and in, but she is showing as inactive? Her dad and I planned to each get a tracker so that we can do challenges with her... but not sure if that makes sense until we can fix her status, if there is a fix??

I should add... her device is linked/syncing to her ipad, and not to my iPhone (where I originally downloaded the app and started an account for me and the fam.)
