Child’s Ace steps appear to be my steps?!

I have set up a Family Account & added my daughters Ace. Her phone is set up in her child’s view however her daily step count keeps resetting to 12000 (my step count) & has my step count & all other info re sleep etc in her view! I’m very concerned her steps are adding to mine & her data isn’t being collected individually, but adding to mine! It used to work fine & all of a sudden it has started doing the above. Help!

@Error500 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Ace since her steps are being added to your account.

 

Please restart her Fitbit Ace as described in this help article. This will refresh the Ace internally. After this, set up the Ace from scratch. Please make sure to follow the steps listed in this help page.

 

In addition, please check out this help article, which contains tips about how to manage your Family account.
