I contacted Support few weeks ago regarding 1 of my 2 children's progress report was not emailed to me and it was resolved. Last few weeks as usual , both reports were sent OK. ....
But today again, only 1 of my 2 children's progress report was not emailed to me .....please can you email my other child's progress report for this week.Can you please set it that BOTH of my kids' progress reports get sent each week. On my Fitbit setting it says both are to be sent but it is odd that every few weeks I have to ask for one to be sent.
Ps. This is happening again as does every few weeks .
