Child with Ace 2 showing as inactive friend

Hi my child is showing up as inactive when I click on community and friends. The Ace2 is under my account and both mine and childs are both synced. We can see the child’s steps when looking at kids view but not when back in my view under friends. How do I fix this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about your child showing as inactive when you click on Community > Friends. Thanks for the details shared, I am glad to help. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Sync your child's tracker:  and check if the issue persists.
