Clock Faces not updating on Ace2

We are unable to update my daughters Ace2 clock face. The tracker is syncing fine. We click on 'Clocks' then 'All Clocks' to view them all. But when we select any of them, we just get a spinning circle showing it's opening/loading or something. I have restarted the Ace2 Tracker, Reloaded the Fitbit software (Windows 10) Still no joy. We'd be very appreciative if someone could provide some assistance. Thanks

I am sorry to hear you're unable to change the clock face on your daughter's Ace 2. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I suggest trying to change a clock face using the Fitbit app on a compatible device from this list. With your computer running Windows 10, you will be able to sync the tracker, but changing a clock face can be affected since it needs the correct Bluetooth connection.

After writing my post, i did also try it on a mobile phone (HTC M8
with all updates; That i originally set the Ace2 up on, and was able
to originally change the clock face)

I was not able to change the clockface, and seemingly the same issue
occurred, where the spinning circle continued with no changes being
made to the clock face on the ACE2.

I have also tried a different mobile phone (iPhone 8 iOS13), with the
same result.

Also, what do you mean "but changing a clock face can be affected
since it needs the correct Bluetooth connection."
Does the syncing not use Bluetooth as well?
