I closed the app in the middle of an update on my son's Ace 2, and now I can't finish the update...or even get it to find his device. Advice?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with completing the update of your son's Ace 2 tracker. I recommend doing the following:
