Couldn't go back to my own versa 2 account?

Always stuck under my daughter's ace account. Need to go back to my own versa 2.

Hello @NuNoH and welcome to the Community.  Can you please give us a few more details?  The path to get back to the Parent View is to tap on your profile picture, scroll to the bottom and tap on Switch to Parent View.  What have you tried and where is it going wrong?

I will try that and see how it goes. I have tried asking for help from fitbit services. But still can't go back to my own. I'm just stuck on my daughter's account.

This is all I can see. Adrian M. I my own. And I can't even go back to it.
