When i try to make a family account for my (Ace 3 for kids) it says “you don’t have permission to create a family account” how can i fix this problem?

Hello @Alnuaimi9 and welcome to the Community.  This is a wild guess -- I searched the forum for an identical post.  This user got that same error because the Family Account wasn't set up properly.  Please see this Help article for additional information.
