Dashboard showing only one tile and no gear icon

My child’s ace is quite new. He has set an alarm himself, however I need to change that alarm. He cannot show me where. When I log in and view his dashboard, the only tile showing is Track Exercise. When I hit the plus sign, there is only one other option and that is to add a friend. No other options. 

Also, there is no gear icon showing in the top right corner. Only a card icon.

Congratulations on your son's new Fitbit Ace! I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about changing the alarm. From your son's app click on the profile picture in the upper left corner > Tap on Ace > Silent Alarms. From there you should be able to delete, edit or set a new alarm. For more information about managing alarms, please see How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

I also recommend checking if you can add tiles to the dashboard:

1. Tap the Discover tab , and tap Health and Wellness Stats.
2. Tap the stat you want to add, and tap Add to Today.
