Got my son Ace, I have Alta. Set up family account but every time I check either account is shows the exact same steps, sleep for both.

I disconnected his fit but bluetooth connection to my phone and added it to
his tablet so hopefully this helps

This happened to us. Only my sons ace 2 now displays my stats after syncing to the app. He is bummed all of his stats went down.

I have the same problem. I've completely deleted and set up the account again. It worked for a while but it is happening again.
