Is anyone else getting weird behaviour charging their Ace 2? I plugged my daughter's in last night and this morning it was at 7%. I cleaned the contacts (device and charger), did a soft reset of it, and plugged it in again. It got all the way to 73% and then started to go down! First to 63% and then 20 minutes later it was down to 51%. We got the Ace 2 for her for Christmas 2019 so it's just 4 months old, I wouldn't expect to be having issues this soon. If anyone has any advice or a fix for this I'd greatly appreciate it!

Hi @CoachJerome19 it's best not to put the Fitbit devices on the charger unit overnight. It seems you've done all you can do, so get with customer support.
