We've only charged our daughter's Fitbit once since Christmas and now she wants to start using it again but it won't charge. There is instead an exclamation mark in the battery icon. I see reading through the forums that this is not something new and I have tried all the suggestions that are mentioned ie, resetting, charging in a wall socket, cleaning the ports. I was hoping for some advice as to my next steps please. Thanks

@Shellesbelles Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Ace is not getting a charge even though you have tried the recommended troubleshooting steps. In order to assist you accordingly, as @DramaQueenDiva asked, please let us know for how long did you charge the Ace? Try charging it for 2-3 hours.
Thank you so much for your help my friend @Odyssey13!
See you guys around!

Hi @Shellesbelles, may I ask a question? You mentioned that you have tried charging the Ace before, but do you remember for roughly how long? In order to get a good charge on it, you need to leave it on the charger for at least 2 hours.

The fitbit’s battery is flat.
Leave it charging overnight and that may help.
The same thing happened with mine and all I did was to leave it to charge overnight.
Hope this helps.
