Hi

I have hit remove  but have not received the email

I understand that you would like to remove someone from the Fitbit family account. Please verify if you have email notifications for Family Account turned on:

 

1. Click on your profile picture. 

2. Scroll to "Notifications"

3. Make sure that email notification is ticked for "Family account".
