hi. Hoping somebody can help me. My son had a Fitbit ace 3 kids but unfortunately it turns out, he’s allergic to the nickel in the watch itself. Therefore I have deleted his account from my Guardian account. I have since sold his watch on secondhand to somebody else. We have waited the seven days it takes for the account to be permanently deleted. I have still kept my Guardian account because my daughter still has a Fitbit. I have told the person I sold the watch to to reset the watch, however, they are having troubles to connect to their own new guardian account on their phone I don’t really want them to return the watch, so is there anything they can do their end to connect the watch to their guardian account? they have tried setting up a family account but it is not working
