Deleting kids account - no email coming through

I am trying to delete a child's account but I am not receiving the confirmation email. The email address is correct, I have checked every folder in my email account but it's still not coming through!

I had the email notifications turned off, so I wasn't receiving any emails.

Hi, @SunsetRunner, it does take a couple if days to delete a child account.  I don't think that you will get an email, but after thectime period has elapsed the account will simply disappear.  There is nothing further you need to do.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I went ahead and reached our Support team and told me that they contacted you via email in regards your child's account deletion request. Were you able to receive it? Has your concern been resolved?
