Did not receive confirmation email of order from Fitbit.com

My 8 year old ordered the Ace 2 from the Fitbit website on Boxing Day. He saved up all of his money and picked it out himself. It was charged to PayPal but I still haven't received the confirmation email or tracking information. We paid for overnight express shipping so my son is going to be pretty disappointed if it doesn't arrive today. 😞 

 

The order number that I received on the Fitbit site is 1udsushsnx823

Hi @MirandaLynn123  what a disciplined young son you have to save his money. Did you order from Fitbit.com? If so, you'll want to get with them directly. These are the community forums, where we're all users of Fitbit.

I've seen that FitBit support sometimes replies quickly to questions on here but I'm not sure how to tag them. I tried the email add I had for the order and then customer support but they don't do email support. I guess I have to find a tel number for Canada and try that. 😞

Did you ever find out anything?  I just placed an order on Fitbit.com and received an order number, but have not received email confirmation. I chatted with someone on the support page and they could not find my order at all and sent the information to someone else who is supposed to email me back.  The charge is already pending on my credit card, so I don't understand why they can't find the order.  I paid for express 2 day shipping and I'm guessing it won't get here in two days.

No nothing. I guess it doesn’t look good for my son’s delivery. What a disappointment and what truly awful customer service.

I did finally get my email confirmation. Now to see if it gets here in two days. Try chatting with support or messaging on twitter or Facebook.  Hope you hear something soon!

The fastest way to support is through Fitbit. 

Support rarely ever is seen in the community of Fitbit users. Yes moderators will sometimes open a support ticket for a user.

@MirandaLynn123 I've seen moderators say that they see that a user has contacted support. However in the last seven years I've only seen one post possibly by a developer, haven't seen any identified answers from fitbit support. With about support scattered in many countries, im sure that their could be, but I can't imagine these users are easily identified.
