How do I pair my sons fitbit Ace 2 to his Ipod Touch, it was originally paired with a Samsung phone (which is now not working), so can I pair it to another device?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mnidhonnabhain.

Thank you for your question about how to pair your son's Fitbit Ace 2 to a different device.

To set up and use your Fitbit products and services, you must install the Fitbit app on a compatible device running one of the following operating systems:

  • Apple iOS 14 and higher
  • Android 10 or higher

For more information about compatibility, please visit this site.

If your mobile device meets the above criteria but you continue having difficulties to sync, you can set up your Ace 2 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1656191326510.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Family Account
  3. Tap Child account
  4. Switch to Kid view
  5. Tap your child profile picture
  6. Tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.
