Hi -
We had originally purchased an Ace 2 and found that it kept falling out of the band. The first couple of times we found it, but eventually it fell out and we couldn't find it. In looking at the forums, it looks like this was a very common problem with the Ace 2. Has anyone experienced the same issues with the Ace 3?
Thanks in advance!

Yes it does, had it for less than 2 weeks and Ace 3 already fell out and was lost.

We got the same response when our Ace 2 had fallen out. I did purchase the Ace 3, but bought the Fitbit inspire 2 band.

Yes, it's an extremely common issue that will certainly happen if you purchase the product. Do not buy.

Oh yeah, my son's Ace 3 already fell out twice but luckily we were able to retrieve it. Now it's in a drawer as the limited functions and bugs makes it quite useless.
