Is there any way if adding friends to my daughter's ace 3? Whenever I try to add family members or her cousins, I get "failed to send friend request. Error 403".  Been trying for the last couple of months.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced to add friends in your Ace 3 showing an error 403. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend you check on how to add friends to a Family Account by visiting this article and open the menu "How does my child add friends in the Fitbit app?". Remember that your family members added to the family account are automatically added as friends and you can also ask your family to send her friend requests instead.

 

If you continue having the same problem, please try the following:

 

- Log out from your Fitbit account

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into your Fitbit account

- Try again to add friends to your child's Ace 3 profile
