My daughter just got her Fitbit for Christmas, so not even a month old. We’ve been trying to charge it, I’ve tried resetting it, I’ve cleaned the connection and tried resetting it again but it continues to show the battery with exclamation point. What else can I do to fix this for her?
I was going to try to contact customer service but I do not have Twitter, and the call center isn’t open until Monday. Hoping to unbreak her heart sooner rather then later.
