Family account - Fitbit app shuts down when switching between accounts

Hi! I was glad to see that the password issue was resolved, however a new issue has popped up this morning. When I try to switch from parent view to kid view the Fitbit app force closes on me. When I reopen I have to log back in and it goes to parent view and force closes again when I try to switch to kid view. I have an iPhone XR, my 2 boys both have ace2’s. We just activated them 2 days ago. Thank you.

I would like to advise that our team is currently working to resolve the issue with switching between accounts and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
