I bought my 6 year old the ace 2 for christmas. I have our accounts all set up but he doesn't want to wear it so I have been. All my data is under the kid view. I have been looking for a way to switch all the info to my account but I'm not having much luck. I think I will end up having to delete his account and start fresh without a family account. Any tips or tricks?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Purple82. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the Fitbit Ace 2 tracker. I am sorry to hear your son doesn't want to wear the tracker and you're using it and all your data is under the kid view. Please know that the Fitbit Ace 2 can be connected to a Fitbit child account only and can't be connected to a regular Fitbit account. For more information about Fitbit Ace devices and Fitbit family account please see this help article: How do I manage my Fitbit family account?

Thank you for your reply, @Purple82.
I understand your concern and would like to confirm that when your child reaches the minimum age required in your country, they can upgrade to a standard account in the Fitbit app. Your child can choose to upgrade their account at any time, or to keep their child account. Your child can also upgrade to any Fitbit device. For more information, please see When can my child upgrade to a Fitbit standard account and Which Fitbit features can my child access after upgrading their account?
Happy stepping! Let me know if you have any questions.

So what would I do if were to sell this watch? How would I wipe it clean so the new owner could start fresh?

It's nice to see you around, @Purple82.
I am glad to assist you with your concern. Before you give the Fitbit device to another person or sell it, you can erase or factory reset the device to remove any information and saved settings. Please find the instructions in this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Ok, thank you 🙂
After it is reset, can it be set up just as a regular fitbit, without a family account?

Thank you for your response, @Purple82.
Fitbit Ace and Fitbit Ace 2 can be connected to a Fitbit child account only. Even after a reset, it's necessary to create a Fitbit family account in order to set up an Ace 2. For more information, please see this help article: How do I get started with Fitbit kids devices?
