My daughter’s Ace will not sync anymore. My family account has disappeared from the FitBit app. (I’ve done all the updates.) When I try to create an account the app tells me one exists. I am completely frustrated with the Ace and the app, as it has given us problems since we bought it. Does anyone have a similar problem?

Log out and log back in! I just saw this advice on another post about this. It’s just worked for me and everything is back to normal! 🙂

Ours as well. We just set up the ace two tonight. I was trying to set it up on our daughter's tab, but the my family function doesn't appear there.
