Family account no longer works

After the last app update, the family account feature disappeared. Now the app says "Create Family" but when I try to create a family, the app tells me a family account already exists, but I don't see anywhere to access it in the app.

Same here.  I can’t open My Family to see my son’s Ace stats.  I can’t create a new family account either

I have the same problem .. just tweeted Fitbit support to ask why !

Just to add to the users who’ve noticed this bug in the latest release - me too. Annoying as it is the only way I’ve got set up to manage alarms on the kids fitbits.

So glad I looked in and saw this it’s been driving me mad for the last few days. Anyone heard about a fit yet?

Ive noticed this issue too... however, while it doesnt work on my iPhone i notice that i can still switch to 'kids view' on an old iPad that i have for my daughter.

 

This clearly needs fixing but that is my temp workaround

They have come back to me straight away via Facebook messages.

 

“No worries and thanks for the info. Just to be sure, make sure you've tried logging out of and force-closing the Fitbit app, then reboot your phone before logging back in. If the issue persists, please send us screenshots of what you're seeing in the Fitbit app for our reference. Keep us posted.”

 

this has fixed my problem 👍🏽
