The family account function disappeared on my account. I’ve logged out, closed the app, removed and reinstalled the app but nothing has worked. I tried to set an ace 2 back up as a new device and add a family but it said I already have a family account (I do but it has disappears from the app). Any tips for getting the family account back?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
You should be able to access your Family account by tapping the Today tab and then tapping your profile picture.
To have a better understanding of the issue, please attach an image of the section where your Family account should located and a second image of the message you get when try to set up your Fitbit Ace 2.
