My daughter had the app in her tablet and it worked fine. SHe now has an phone that she wants the app in. WHen I try to put in email and password, it says that it is incorrect. I even clicked that i forgot passwrod so I could set up a new one, and it still says the same thing. Not sure why I can't get the app in her phone. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend to force quit the Fitbit app and restart the phone. You can confirm the steps to reset your Fitbit password in How do I change or reset my Fitbit password?

If the issue persists, please let me know the model of your daughter's phone and the OS version for further investigation. Please also confirm if you're able to log into your Fitbit account using fitbit.com on the web browser?
